We had the good fortune of connecting with Ludy London and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ludy, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I think that one risk can change your whole entire life. I believe that everyone had to take a risk to get something that they wanted. So why not risk well. Take myself as an prime example. I always had a eye for fashion at a young age but never knew what to do with it. The moment that I took the risk to pursuing my passion for fashion. It Instantly became my profession. I Love what I do. That one risk I took played a big part of my success. When everyone goes left I’ll be the one to risk to go right.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
One of the things that set me apart from other stylists is how I treat all my clients as celebrities. I believe that everyone is a celebrity in their own way. I’m proud that I was able to learn new things from amazing people in the fashion industry. I am super excited and looking forward on who I might be work with in the later future. It’s was not easy getting where I am at now. They were late nights early mornings. Sacrifices I had to make. I overcame obstacles With prayer and faith. At times I wanted to give up but I knew I had to keep on pushing.. I learn how a Mood board is very important for ever look. I want The world so no know that I am Ludy London of the fashionista
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
South Florida is such a beautiful area where there is so much to do. I personally love the beaches. I would take a day out on the water on a private yacht. One of my favorites restaurants is Prime 112 thats on Collins Ave. South Beach. So the beach will definitely be the first spot. We will have to try different culture foods and enjoy the live entertainment.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First informals I thank God for blessing me with such a creative mine.. I would like to give a shout out to my kids. They inspired me so much, without their support and trading their Quality time with me so I (mommy) can pursue my fashion career. All my family and friends that believed in my craft. Most important Taj McGill Who believe in my craft.
