Hi Neal, what do you want people to remember about you?
I want to be remembered as someone who showed others what is possible. I want my life to be evidence that you can live a life of significance without compromising on what you believe and stand for. More than being remembered, I want to be missed. I want people to wish that I was still in the room; to know that my presence made everyone else’s day brighter.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Understanding the needs of affluent clientele and global buyers led me to immerse myself in “on the job” and formalized training to obtain designations and certifications in the areas of strategic pricing, global real estate, luxury sales & marketing, relocation practices, and negotiating. Persistence and clarity of my goals are the two characteristics that have allowed me to continue the journey in the midst of the many challenges I have faced. A lesson I learned early in the process is that others will attempt to force their limitations on you and that your commitment and desire to succeed will be under fire almost daily. I found out what I was capable of when nay-sayers considered the “World Renowned” title too ambitious for a bespoke brokerage. World Renowned Real Estate is a simply a platform to remind everyone to live out our slogan, “Don’t be average. Be World Renowned.” If people can be reminded that they have the ability to “Be World Renowned” in whatever they undertake, our brand has done its job.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The entire trip would be all about experiences. I’m always looking for new experiences to enjoy with my friends and family so there would be a wide range of activities. An early morning trip to Hollywood Beach would be an absolute must. I have found very few moments to compare to watching the sunrise there and spending some quiet hours in the sun. Other outdoor activities we would definitely do are visiting the Everglades for some fishing and kayaking Oleta State Park. Depending on which sports season we are in, a home game would be on the agenda (preferably the Miami Heat). I would find it insulting to have my friend visit the area without spending some time at the Guitar Hotel at the Hardrock Hollywood simply due to its unique design and the vast array of shops and restaurants in one location. The remainder of our week would likely be spent around the “tourist areas” of South Beach with a few dining stops along Ocean Drive to “people watch.”
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The majority of the credit for any success I’ve experienced goes to a group of individuals I call “The Foundation.” It’s made up of my parents, brothers, Wife, our son Trey, and an elite group of mentors who care about me, know more than I do, and still take the time to show me the way.
