We had the good fortune of connecting with Sandi Glandt and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sandi, what do you attribute your success to?
Too many women have been made to feel guilty about wanting to have a fulfilling family life, enjoy meaningful personal relationships, and achieve professional success. For too many decades women have been told they can’t have it all. Some will even point out how many women who do try to have it all wind up feeling burned out, stressed, and overwhelmed. By adopting the right mindset and using the right tools, any ambitious woman can learn how to get more done, become ultra-productive, and unlock their full potential. Women CAN have it all, and my brand and business shows women that it IS possible to have it all!
What should our readers know about your business?
As a high performance productivity. coach I help women maximize their time, become more productive and tap into their full potential so they can live life on their own terms. There are always challenges in business, the key. is figuring out how to get resourceful and figure it out. It’s not always easy but when you see the payoff of the lives you are changing and the impact you are making, it makes everything worth it. Some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way are that there is no such thing as failure- you either succeed at something or you learn and grow. My business is about allowing women to tap into their full potential. Too many women have been made to feel guilty about wanting to have a fulfilling family life, enjoy meaningful personal relationships, and achieve professional success. Women CAN have it all, my coaching, tools and book will allow you to tap into that!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Now that I am no longer pregnant (just a few days postpartum) this would be much more fun now! I love Aqualina or SLS for brunch. The brunch vibes and views are gorgeous! Being a mom now of two boys (and with corona virus) my days/nights out look much different now. However, I love the vibe of The. Standard Hotel where you can dine right on the water. I also love Kiki On the River, Swan, Katsuya or Baoli for a good night out of dinner and drinks. I like the super cute, chic, vibey places. My hubby is such a foodie so we love to get out for a nice day date or dinner date every few weeks.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are a few people I need to credit here. First, my husband for the support, mentorship, love and encouragement he gives me. My husband is also an entrepreneur and President of his company so having the love and support from him allows me to show up the way I do and allows me to be fulfilled in every area of my life. My girl friends are also a huge part of the support and encouragement I receive on a daily basis. It’s so important to surround yourself with other like-minded, strong leaders who see your full potential and help you rise up. If you don’t have that strong group of women now I encourage you to tap into networking events, mentorship and seminars where you can get around others who will be cheering you on!
