We had the good fortune of connecting with Valentina Cordero and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Valentina, what are you most passionate about?
Food that is good for the body & soul, beautiful food created with intention, food that will make the person eating it feel good & special.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I created The House of V back in 2012 with the idea of offering products that were Vegan, gluten free & natural, now the brand has evolved to be sugar free as well. For me the intention behind every cake , every cupcake, pie , cookie is that the person who eats it, feels good before, during & after , before when you see it, smell it, during, when you taste it, share it.. after when you realize you enjoyed something made with high quality ingredients , without the harm of any animals , with ingredients that are natural, & with flower elixirs to elevate your vibration.
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
I really love Miami, is a city full of wonderful places Breakfast at L’Artisan creative bakery, which serves the best croissant in Miami, after that would visit Buenezas community garden in Little Haiti where you can pick herbs, watch plants, flowers & connect with locals, after that , Lunch at The Plantisserie which is a Miami Jewel for vegans & non vegans alike, food made with love & integrity. Im a coffee lover so a stop at All Day for an afternoon coffee followed by a tour in Wynwood , visiting the local shops , specially Plant the future, a store that makes your mind fly with creativity. For dinner Full Bloom vegan in South Beach, a delicious meal every time!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
