Tim Steinruck | Creative Entrepreneur, Musician, Music Producer
There was a time when my motivation for what I do in music to be defined by fame amd fortune. That has changed so much in the 42 years tht I’ve been a musician, performer and music producer. I love to mentor, coach and support artists of all ages in different phases of their music career. I’ve had the multimillion dollar record deals and the potentials of incredible success. I’ve also had the devastating low points associated with the complete loss of them. As Quincy Jones so eloquently said: “When you make music for money God leaves the room.” Now, it’s more obvious to me than ever that the music I make needs to be made with the intention to make someone’s life better.
My mission statement is “Keep It Simple. Rock Hard. Transform Lives.”
My intention is to have every live performance be an experience that changes the attendee for the better in some way. Read more>>

Well-being and Sustainability are Spring’s main driving incentives in architecture. With comprehensive, energy-efficient strategies and environmentally-conscious materials, Spring makes a meaningful impact while reducing carbon footprint. While balancing playful, creative form with serious, thoughtful function, Spring prioritizes sustainability and helping the climate. Spring is careful on every site to honor the environment. One project in particular Spring has fenced off all the perimeter trees and their drip lines to make sure to keep them safe and unharmed by construction. Spring has circumvented trees and their roots by building retaining walls around existing plants, instead of taking them down. Spring reuses and recycles material when possible, for example existing stone on a property for a retaining wall. Read more>>
