Kerine Farmer | Personal Trainer, Strong Nation and Circl Mobility Instructor
When I was retrenched from my business analyst role at the last Company I was employed, I saw it as a blessing in disguise. While the job provided stability for a long time, it wasn’t something I was passionate about. Fitness, on the other hand, had always been a major part of my life and something I truly loved. Over the years, people frequently asked me for fitness advice, and I found myself naturally coaching friends and family. When the opportunity came to transition into a new career, it felt like the perfect time to turn my passion into a business. I realized I could make a real impact by helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, and that’s how I decided to pursue personal training full-time and work for myself. Read more>>

Understanding others makes me really happy and inspired. I find endless joy in watching, talking to, and getting to know other people on any level. Whether it’s a family member, friend, or stranger, there is always a different perspective to hear, learn from, and dissect. I also find that when talking to others, we all have a lot more similarities than we do differences. These interactions with other people often motivate my artistic practice. Not only does creating art make me happy, but I find joy in the entire process, from inspiration, to creation. Read more>>

Matt Delisle | Designer & Commercial Artist
I’ve had to actively try and focus on work less, at least in the past year or so. As I was getting my business going, I was working at least 6 days a week, usually 12 hours a day minimum. Which is too much work. I love what I do and it was still too much work. It was good for developing my skills and for growing my bank account but it was bad for my mental health. I wasn’t really enjoying myself, despite having plenty of things to enjoy. Read more>>
