Water Taxi is a boat tour/transportation company that connects guests and locals to 10 stops in Fort Lauderdale, and 1 stop in Hollywood. Water Taxi has been in operation for over 30 years, and over this time we have grown with the city. The most important factor behind the success of Water Taxi is the support from the community of Fort Lauderdale. Water Taxi boards over 1 million people every year, and participates in beloved events such as Winterfest, Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, PRIDE, and Tortuga Music Festival. The city hires Water Taxi to assist with Beach Bash and the Fourth of July Festival to help alleviate traffic and get people to the scene of fun faster. The city also asks us to operate the River Trolley which is a free boat that takes guests up and down the new river. The city of Fort Lauderdale has always been supportive of Water Taxi, so in return we like to giveback. Some of our donees include Broward county schools, Birch State Park, Turquoise Takeover, and Riverwalk. Read more>>
