To me happiness is a temporary emotion, it comes and goes like all emotions, but the most important thing in my opinion is to have peace, to feel free and optimistic about the future whatever it may hold. When we talk about happiness the temporary emotion, that comes attached with some sort of excitement for a certain outcome, but I think the real deal comes when you become intentional about your life, meaning having the courage to wish for everything you want from life, but also surrendering to the magnificence of it, by letting it work its magic without getting attached to an outcome. looking back at my life and healing makes me happy, I am now 38 years old and I feel like I have ceased fighting life, I’ve learned to let go of resistance and just let life flow through me; we question our lives and what we do so much. Being free, it’s the only thing that nobody can take it from you, free to think, free to create and to express, free to move. i worked all my life on this subject to achieved this goal. now i’m free to plan my day, my work the way I want, and I feel that my mind is very clear now. for me, there is nothing worse than having a life of obligations, the only obligation I have is to do what I want and when I want. of course all my life cannot be like that, but I try to keep my freedom as much as i can. when i was younger i imagined that money, power, fame, love or the self-image were the coolest goals to achieve, but I was wrong. after 10 years as a professional painter i had the opportunities to travel a lot and to learn from other people. These memories can be liberated through many channels, but for me, what does it is art, decoration, and landscaping. In these practices, I find bliss – both in the process, and in the memories they unleash.
