Hi Clementina, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought process behind starting Gloriouswills Ushering Services GWUS was that I wanted to provided an opportunity for people to earn and gain work experience simultaneously.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As a individual my career cut across several sectors such as education, banking, tech in the private sector, leadership and governance in the public sector.

Professionally, one thing has being constant in across both my private and public sector careers, service delivery excellence and project management.

Getting to where I am today has been a journey of decisions and more recently the framework of reflect, rest, and reset to ensure that I am on track and in sync with what and how I have defined success as influence, impact and legacy.

I have had to overcome the challenges of discouragement and doubt by choosing courage, trying again, understanding that failure is a component of success and a decision to stay focused and not give up.

My main lessons are than people are at the heart of systems and structures hence to build legacy one must live past orientation to indoctrination as a path of influence and impact.

I want to people to know that Gloriouswills Ushering Services GWUS and every arm of her business goal can be summarized in making “Service-As-A-Tangible Experience” through process, product, and people. Whether it is a corporate or global event we are available and willing to put our best foot forward to exceed our clients expectations and create a meaningful event staffing and ushering service experience.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Places to check out will include Laquatic in Lagos, IITA in Ibadan, Araromi-obu in Ondo, National Park in Jos, ultimately the experience is going to be more than a week long *laughs*
