We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Arciniegas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jennifer, what is the most important factor behind your success?

The success of my business is the result of both my passion for real estate and my commitment to excellence in all the services I provide. People believe real estate agents are simply sales professionals, but that is only one part of the process. As a real estate broker my job is to provide personalized service, to be a consultant, and guide my clients through the process of the sale or purchase of the most important assets in their lives; their family home or real estate investments. Just as important, I am a marketing agent, this is how I am able to sell my clients’ properties at the highest price in the least amount of time. I develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the individual needs of a client and their properties.

Success looks and feels different for everyone; to me success is waking up everyday and loving what I do, looking forward to visiting spectacular properties and developing new relationships with people. The success of my clients in every transaction is my own and sharing that is a wonderful experience.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?

I’ve spent my life immersed in the real estate business. My earliest memories consist of the family driving around our favorite neighborhoods, admiring homes and visiting construction sites. My family owned a construction and development company in the Northeast, where I was born and later went on to develop a couple boutique hotels in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, where I lived for over a decade.

I represent residential buyers, sellers and investors in the South Florida luxury property market. I work with a talented team of stagers, photographers, designers, and internet marketing consultants.

My team leverages an extensive network of professional resources and specialized services that include a dedicated team of lawyers, mortgage companies and titles agencies that ensure a successful transaction. The goal is always providing the most complete real estate boutique experience.

Some of the most important lessons I’ve learned along the way is that growth needs to be constantly pursued, mentors come in all shapes and forms, and learning to live outside my comfort zone always proves to be the most rewarding.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

The best way to experience Miami is from a boat on the water, it is gorgeous day or night. Tour of Bayside, Millionaires Row, Miami River and South Beach.

Restaurants: Suviche, Zuma, Novecento, Tutto Pasta, Bombay Darbar, Mandolin Aegean Bistro, Omakai, Leku, La Mar.

Visit: Key Largo, Isla Morada, Schnebly Winery in Homestead, Key Biscayne, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, Vizcaya Museum and Garden, Matheson Hammock Park, Wynwood, Design District, South of Fifth Miami Beach, Brickell, Las Olas, Sunny Isles, Bal Habour, Virginia Key, Calle Ocho, Frost Museum, Perez Museum, Airboat over the Everglades.

Depending on when my friend visits there are multiple incredible events happening in Miami during the year that we could visit: South Beach Food and Wine Festival, International Boat Show, Miami Tennis Open, Marlins Park games, Concert at the Arena, Art Basel, and starting next year: Formula 1.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

I’d like to shout out to my wonderful husband Aliosha Stern. His never ending encouragement, love, and support are what motivate me every single day. A shout out to his business SuViche Hospitality Group, a restaurant group that he founded right out of college and has been running with his brother and partner Andrei Stern. It is truly inspiring to see two brothers collaborate, respect and work together the way they do.

Last but not least I dedicate this shout out to all the successful real estate entrepreneurs, those that are the absolute best, and top of their game. Thanks for inspiring me everyday. We often forget that we stand on the shoulders of others in the pursuit of knowledge, growth and success. In today’s connected world we constantly share and learn from one another. I thank all of the great professionals and mentors out there contributing to their communities.
