It was back in 2017 when me and my boy Pablo were watching this video of lil uzi vert going on tour he had said something that stuck with me till this day and honestly it’s something I can’t forget…”I can’t plan stuff that good when you plan something you give yourself higher expectations, I rather just keep it organic. When it’s organic it really make you feel like damn this is my calling” obviously when it comes to things that need to be planned such as events or any type of trips yes but when it comes to being creative I put thought into my ideas on how I want my graphics to come out on my tee’s but when I think of an idea I stick with it because honestly when you tell yourself “this could be better” you start to overthink and not like what you started with when it could be a great idea to begin with. The amount of times I’ve seen other artist overthink their ideas and just trashing it when it was great to begin with is insane but I let them be because that’s how they work and evidently they know what they’re doing but when it comes to me and my ideas when I feel something I feel it heavy and stick with it and honestly it works for me and all I can do is hope that everyone will love my creations. “Life is what you make it”. It’s a very cliche thing to say but it’s simple and so is life. Everything is in control and your control only. Having a lot of anxiety and being someone who overthinks a lot just overcomplicated my life. I’ve been on the verge of just giving up so many times. I got to a point where I couldn’t deal with anything anymore and I just had to step all the way back and analyze my life. I needed to find out why I was in the position I was in and why I feel the way I feel about things. Who or what can I put the blame on? To my surprise, it was me the whole time. Everything that I’ve ever done or been through only took place because of my own decisions. Nobody can control the way you react or respond. Nobody can make you do anything unless you want to or feel like you need to. You always have a choice. Once I realized that, everything changed. I quickly realized the only person holding myself back and creating an unhappy life, was me. So yeah. Life is really what YOU make it. Nobody else. Read more>>

“Be the change you wish to see” Mahatma Ghandhi (shortened) I believe that we all have the potential to influence and create that which is missing in the world. Once I realized my untapped potential, it opened up a door for me to help others do the same. My organization was created to bring together individuals with skills and resources that can be pooled and utilized to uplift our community and grow each other along the way. Instead of complaining or expecting someone else to do it, we can effect change in our individual capacities and inspire others to do the same. When I saw what was lacking in my community, it motivated me to act, to utilized the strengths and resources of others to bring it to life. Read more>>

A quote that has always been very special to me is one that Jhene Aiko wrote in her poetry book ‘2Fish’. She stated “New highs followed by new lows all for the balance I suppose.” This quote means a lot to me because over time I have learned that with success comes struggle and vice versa. It is very easy to be discouraged by the setbacks but you have to learn that change is inevitable. Sometimes things don’t go the way you expect them to, but that’s just part of the bigger plan God has in store for you. Read more>>

I do have a favorite bible verse that I try to live by. “To whom much is given, much is required.”- Luke 12:48 To me, this verse is a very clear and concise explanation of God’s expectations for me. We often wonder what God wants from our lives, and its often right in front of our face. Read more>>

I always quote Proverbs 18:16: A person’s gift makes room for him, and leads him before important people. I’m always reminded that God will make room for my gifts and talents, no matter how difficult the journey may seem. This always allows me to dream big, VERY SCARY BIG. Read more>>

‘It’s never too late.’ Something that I have had to remind myself coming into my new calling at age 33. It’s taken me years to figure out what it was I truly love to do and to find a way to turn that love into a career. My love for animals, especially horses, is what drove me to start Equestrianaire Body Work. I never really knew where I fit in as far as the equine world goes. I was never a professional rider and I didn’t grow up with horses. I just had a great love for them and I loved being around them. So diving into everything equine in my 30’s was a little intimidating. I would just remind myself daily that it’s never too late to start something new as long as you have the drive and persistence to keep on going, and success will soon follow. Read more>>

The affirmation that I would have to say is my favorite is “you are what you think you are “, which means life then truly stems from your thoughts but because we cannot rely purely on thoughts; we must translate thoughts into words and eventually into actions in order to manifest our intentions. Personally , I believe we have to be very careful with our words and choosing to speak only those which work towards our benefits and cultivate our highest good . Affirmations such as this can help purify our thoughts and restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we can truly begin to think nothing is impossible. Read more>>

“Be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.” This quote reminds me of the importance of compassion for others. We are often times so quick to judge, not knowing what someone else is going through. This quote is a constant reminder that a simple act of kindness such as a smile or gesture can be the very thing someone else needs in order to brighten their darkest day. I love being someone’s rainbow! I love that I’m surrounded by a team of rainbows within our organization!. Read more>>
