When I first graduated college, I wanted to run the world. I didn’t have kids and my interest were very driven by professional success and wanting to gain experience. Now, 25+ years into my career, I have a single mom of two teenagers with a full life. I’m a business owner, triathlete, yoga instructor, ultramarathoner, paddle boarder and the list goes on. My interest, hobbies and professional goals have changed drastically as my life has evolved and responsibilities have increased. Balancing work and life has been a journey, especially this year.
